What kind of stainless steel plate is good for kitchen?
1. 304 stainless steel plate is normally used.

It's OK to use 201 for parts not in contact with water or food, 304 or 443 for parts in contact with water or food, 443 is cheaper than 304, and its anti rust performance is similar.
