Stainless steel plate is a kind of economical section steel and an important product in the iron and steel industry. It can be widely used in life decoration and industry. Many people in the market use it to make stair handrails, window guards, railings, furniture, etc. it is widely used
1. After hot rolling, annealing, pickling and descaling, the surface of stainless steel plate is a kind of dull surface, a little rough;
2. After cold rolling, annealing, descaling, and then light rolling with rough surface roller;
3. This is commonly used in architectural applications. Except for the last mild cold rolling with polishing roller after annealing and descaling, other processes are the same as 2D. The surface is slightly luminous and can be polished;
4. Bright annealing:
(1) It is a reflective surface, rolled by polishing roller and annealed in controlled atmosphere;
(2) After bright annealing, the reflective surface is kept and no oxide scale is produced.
Why does stainless steel plate need bright annealing?
1. The work hardening is eliminated and the satisfactory microstructure is obtained. When the performance requirements are different, the requirements of metallographic structure after bright annealing are different, and the bright heat treatment process is also different.
2. A bright surface without oxidation and good corrosion resistance was obtained. Because bright annealing is the heat treatment of strip steel in the mixed gas atmosphere of hydrogen and nitrogen, the bright surface without oxidation can be obtained by strictly controlling the protective atmosphere in the furnace, especially the purity, residual oxygen and dew point. Compared with the surface obtained by ordinary annealing and pickling, the chromium deficiency on the surface of strip steel is reduced due to no oxidation process, and its corrosion resistance is better than that of 2B plate after polishing.
3. The bright treatment can keep the smooth finish of rolling surface, and the bright surface can be obtained without post-processing. After bright annealing, the surface of the steel strip retains the original metallic luster, and the bright surface close to the mirror surface has been obtained. Under general requirements, the surface can be directly used without processing.
4. The strip steel with special rolling pattern surface can be developed. Because the surface of the strip is not changed during annealing, the rolling surface pattern can be completely retained, and the cold rolled strip with special pattern can be developed conveniently.
5. There is no pollution problem caused by common pickling method. The annealed strip does not need pickling or similar treatment, does not use acid and other media, there is no pollution problem caused by pickling.
6. The shape of the plate can be controlled. Because the design of bright annealing furnace allows the adjustment along the width direction of strip, the cooling speed of strip width direction can be adjusted by air flow diversion, so as to realize the online control of strip shape.
