The general hot rolling specifications are 1220 * 24401220 * 60001500 * 6000
Other special specifications or variable sizes can be customized according to customer needs
The conventional thickness of cold rolling is 0.3-8.0, which needs to be discussed with the manufacturer
The conventional thickness of hot rolling is 3.0-100.0, which needs to be discussed with the manufacturer
At present, if it is stainless steel plate, the thinnest is generally 0.3mm. If the material is 201, the thinnest is 026mm. If the material is 304, the thinnest is 025mm. If it is made of 316 material, it is only 0.49mm thick in stock at present.
Allowable thickness deviation of stainless steel plate
316L hardness <187hb, 316L stainless steel hardness is not high, much better than 304, the high hardness is mainly due to the high carbon content, 316L C < 0.03. 316L stainless steel, also known as acid resistant steel, has better corrosion resistance than 304 stainless steel. The corrosion depends on the concentration and temperature. Generally, 316L has high temperature, high concentration and high corrosivity. At room temperature, 316L corrodes faster in reducing acid, such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, HF, chromic acid, hypochlorous acid, bromic acid, etc. generally, if serious corrosion occurs, it may be caused by cracks and pores on the surface and acid substances penetrating into the interior.
1. Oil mill drawing
316 series stainless steel has perfect decorative effect after oil grinding, which is widely used in elevator, home appliances and other decorative panels. After one grinding, good results can be achieved in cold rolling 316 series stainless steel. At present, there are some processing centers in the market that can provide oil-based frosting for hot-rolled stainless steel, and the effect is comparable to that of cold-rolled oil plants. Oily drawing is also divided into filament and filament. Elevator decoration generally uses filament, all kinds of small household appliances, Kitchenware and other lines have a choice.
2. Dry grinding and drawing
The surface of the most common filament and short filament in the market, which is processed by 316 stainless steel plate and other stainless steel, shows good decorative effect and can meet the requirements of general decorative materials. Generally speaking, 304 series stainless steel after a single scrub can form a good effect. Because of its low cost, simple operation, low processing cost and widely used, it has become a necessary equipment for machining center. Therefore, most machining centers can provide grinding plates with filaments and short lines, of which 304 steel accounts for more than 80%.
3. 8K processing
In 8K process, 316 series stainless steel is obviously better than 200 series stainless steel. The mirror effect is usually achieved by grinding 2B cold rolled surface at 8K after one processing. At present, the 8K grinding process using nitric acid and iron oxide red has low price, low cost of value equipment itself and low overall grinding cost, which is widely promoted.
